At Impact Point Studio, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, specifically for hygiene and safety reasons, most items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
Items Eligible for Return (Limited Circumstances)
We will accept returns or offer refunds only in the following specific situations:
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 10 days of delivery. To process your claim, we will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Once confirmed, we will provide a full refund or replacement.
Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please notify us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and details of the incorrect item. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.
Items Not Eligible for Return (Final Sale)
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Vampire Gloves
Impact Toys
Any item that has been opened, used, or removed from its original sealed packaging.
Items purchased during a sale or promotion are final sale unless otherwise stated.
How to Initiate a Claim for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
Contact Us: Please email us at impactpointstudio@icloud.com within the specified timeframe (10 days) of receiving your order.
Provide Information: Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence for damaged/defective items.
Await Instructions: Our customer service team will review your claim and provide instructions on the next steps, including how to return qualifying items if necessary.
Refund Process:
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Important Notes:
Impact Point Studio reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
